Abstract

يهدف البحث إلى معرفة مستوى معاناة عمال مؤسسة تونيك من الضغط المهني ومن الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية، وعما إذا توجد فروق في متوسطات درجات الضغط المهني والاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية تعزى للجنس والأقدمية المهنية، وكذلك معرفة ما إذا توجد علاقة بين الضغط الهني والاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية. لهذا الغرض استخدمنا مقياس الضغط المهني لكرزاك (JCQ ; Karasek, 1985)، ومقياس الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لبريش وفجغالد (Ubriche et Fitgerald, 1990)، وبعد التحقق من خصائصهما السيكومترية، تم تطبيقهما على عينة متكونة من (335) عاملة وعاملة. أسفرت النتائج على أن الإناث يعانين من الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية أكثر من الذكور، كما لا توجد فروق في متوسطات الضغط والاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية تعزى لأقدمية المهنية. وأنه توجد علاقة دالة بين الضغط المهني والاضطرابات السيكوسوماتيةThe research aims to find out the level of suffering of Tonic Foundation workers from work stress and psychosomatic disorders, and if there are differences in the mean degrees of work stress and psychosomatic disorders due to gender and professional seniority, as well as to know whether there is a relationship between stress work and psychosomatic disorders. For this purpose, we used the stress work of Karasek (1985), and the scale of psychosomatic disorders of Ubriche and Fitgerald (1990). After verifying their psychometric properties, they were applied to a sample consisting of (335) workers. The results showed that females suffer from psychosomatic disorders more than males, and there are no differences in the mean stress and psychosomatic disorders due to the professional seniority. And that there is a significant relationship between stress work and psychosomatic disorders.
