واقع تعليم المهارات اللغويّة في مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي في الجزائر،مدينة ورقلة – عيّنة–

Abstract

إنّ المدرسة الابتدائية مؤسسة تعليمية مهمتها تزويد التلاميذ بقدر معين من المهارات .هذه المهارات تعتبر من أولويات التعليم القاعدي في مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي . إنّ معظم ما يلقن لتلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية من مهارات لغوية تنقصها الممارسات الحديثة للمعلمين . و بناء عليه، توصلت الباحثة من خلال معايشتها لعملية تعليم هذه المهارات داخل المدارس الابتدائية وحضورها لحصص تدريس اللغة العربية، أن تعليم هذه المهارات يشكو من بعض القصور في الممارسة التطبيقية . لهذا تناولت هذه الأطروحة والمعنونة ب " واقع تعليم المهارات اللغوية في مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي في الجزائر ،- ومدينة ورقلة عيّنة-". تتحدث بالتفصيل عن طرق اكتساب مهارات اللغة ، وتعرف على أساليب تعليم اللغة العربية وفق ما هو معمول به حاليا ،و استراتيجيات التدريس لدى أساتذة الطور الابتدائي وكيفية تقويمه ، بمعنى واقع تعليم وتنفيذ هذه الأساليب في مدارسنا الابتدائية وكيفية النهوض بهذا الواقع . لقد قمنا بتحديد مصطلحات البحث ،تعريف كل من التعليم، المهارة . ثم تحدثنا عن مهارات اللغة العربية ونقصد بذلك الاستماع ، والتحدث، والقراءة،و الكتابة، وخطوات تعليم كل منها من خلال الدراسة الميدانية في ابتدائيات ولاية ورقلة. حيث وجدنا أنّ تعليم مهارة الاستماع تشكو من عدم تشجيع مبادرات المتعلمين في إعادة سرد النّص المسموع، أما مهارة التحدث فمن قلة تدريب المتعلمين على الاسترسال في الحديث من خلال إنتاج نص شفوي يتضمن الصّيغة المدروسة.بمعنى إغفال المرحلة الأخيرة للدّرس ( الاستثمار)، ومن ناحية مهارة القراءة من استنفاذ وقت كبير من الحصة لتدريس القواعد النحوية ، أما مهارة الكتابة فقلما يدرّب التلاميذ على التعبير الكتابي داخل حجرة الدّرس،وغير ذلك من الأمور التي ذكرناها في البحث . و أخيرا نؤكد بضرورة الاهتمام بجميع مراحل الدّرس ،و عدم تغليب مرحلة على أخرى من أجل النهوض بواقع تعليم المهارات اللغوية عند التلميذ الجزائري.

The elementary school is an educational institution whose mission is to provide students with a certain level of skills. These skills are considered fundamental in primary education. Most of the linguistic skills taught to primary school students lack modern teaching practices. Based on this, the researcher observed through her experience in teaching these skills in elementary schools and attending Arabic language classes that the teaching of these skills suffers from some shortcomings in practical application. Therefore, this thesis titled "The Reality of Teaching Linguistic Skills in Primary Education in Algeria. Case study: the City of Ouargla" discusses in detail the methods of acquiring language skills and explores the current practices and teaching strategies used by elementary school teachers, as well as their evaluation. It aims to shed light on the reality of teaching and implementing these methods in our elementary schools and how to improve this reality. The research defines the terms education and skill, then discusses the Arabic language skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing, and the steps to teach each of them through field studies conducted in primary schools in the state of Ouargla. It was found that teaching listening skills lacks encouragement for learners to retell the heard text, while speaking skills suffer from the lack of learners' training in fluent conversation through producing an oral text that includes the studied formula. This means neglecting the final stage of the lesson (reinvestment). As for reading skills, a significant amount of class time is spent teaching grammar rules, and writing skills are rarely practiced within the classroom. These are some of the issues mentioned in the research. Finally, it emphasizes the importance of focusing on all stages of the lesson and not prioritizing one stage over another in order to improve the reality of teaching linguistic skills for Algerian students.
