Abstract: | تعتبر دراسة المتابعة الصحية للأمهات أثناء فترة الحمل من أهم المواضيع التي يدور حولها النقاش في المؤتمرات الدولية ، حيث عانت الكثير من الدول من الانخفاض في نسب المتابعة الصحية وخاصة الدول منخفضة الدخل ، ودول العالم الثالث بما فيها الجزائر ، لذا تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على أثر العوامل الاقتصادية و الإجتماعية على المتابعة الصحية للأمهات أثناء فترة الحمل من خلال قاعدة البيانات المسح MICS-6 2019 وبعد الدراسة النظرية والميدانية تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية، أثرت االعوامل الإقتصادية (الحالة الفردية، مؤشر الثروة) على المتابعة الصحية للأمهات ، كما أثرت جل العوامل الإجتماعية (الأعمار، المستوى الدراسي، مكان الإقامة، الأقاليم الجغرافية،نمط الأسرة، عدد الولادات)، هي الأخرى المتابعة الصحية للأمهات ، في حين لم توثر الإصابة بالأمراض المزمنة على المتابعة الصحية مقارنة بالعوامل الأخرى. The study of maternal health follow-up during pregnancy is considered one of the most important topics discussed in international conferences, as many countries have suffered from a decline in health follow-up rates, especially low-income countries and third world countries, including Algeria. Therefore, this study aims to shed light on The impact of economic and social factors on the health follow-up of mothers during pregnancy through the MICS-6 2019 survey database, and after the theoretical and field study, the following results were reached. Economic factors (individual status, wealth index) affected the health follow-up of mothers, as did most of the factors. Social (age, educational level, place of residence, geographic regions, family type, number of births) is also the health follow-up of mothers, while the incidence of chronic diseases did not affect health follow-up compared to other factors. |
