محددات نمو القطاع الزراعي في الجزائر دراسة قياسية خلال الفترة 1995-2020

Abstract

إن الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو التعرف على محددات نمو القطاع الزراعي في الجزائر في مدة 26 سنة خلال الفترة (1995 - 2020 ). وقد تم تشخيص واقع القطاع الزراعي وإبراز مساهمته في التنمية الاقتصادية والوقوف على أبرز معوقات التنمية الزراعية في الجزائر وبالاعتماد على نموذج ARDL لتقدير العلاقات بين المتغيرات في الأجل القصير والطويل والمتمثلة في الأراضي الزراعية، رأس المال الزراعي، الموارد المائية، الصادرات الزراعية، الواردات الزراعية والقروض المصرفية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أبرزها: وجود علاقة تكامل مشترك طويلة الأجل بين اليد العاملة الزراعية، الصادرات الزراعية، مساحة الأرض الصالحة للزراعة والناتج الزراعي وعلاقة طردية بين اليد العاملة الزراعية، الصادرات الزراعية، مساحة الأرض الزراعية والناتج الزراعي.

The aim of this study is to identify the determinants of the growth of the agricultural sector in Algeria over a 26 years during the period (1995 – 202(0 The reality of the agricultural sector was diagnosed, its contribution to economic development was highlighted, and the most prominent obstacles to agricultural development in Algeria were identified, relying on the ARDL model to estimate the relationships between variables in the short and long term, namely agricultural land, agricultural capital, water resources, agricultural exports, agricultural imports, and bank loans. . The study reached results, the most notable of which are: The existence of a long-term cointegration relationship between agricultural labor, agricultural exports, arable land area and agricultural output and a direct relationship between agricultural labor, agricultural exports, agricultural land area and agricultural output.
