سلوك المخاطرة وعلاقته بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى سائقي النقل الجماعي وسط مدينة ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن الإرتباط بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية وسلوك المخاطرة لدى عينة من سائقي النقل الجماعي وسط مدينة ورقلة، والكشف عن دلالة الفرق في الارتباط تبعا للسن والحالة الاجتماعية والأقدمية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي و استخدام أداتي (المسؤولية الاجتماعية، سلوك المخاطرة) وذلك بعد تأكيد خصائصها السيكومترية، وبناءً عليه طبقت الأداتين على عينة قوامها (55) سائقا بمدينة ورقلة للسنة الجامعية 2023/2024، وباستخدام معامل الارتباط بيرسون تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - لا يوجد ارتباط دال إحصائيا بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية وسلوك المخاطرة لدى عينة الدراسة. - لا يوجد ارتباط دال إحصائيا بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية وسلوك المخاطرة لدى عينة الدراسة تبعا للسن. - لا يوجد ارتباط دال إحصائيا بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية وسلوك المخاطرة لدى عينة الدراسة تبعا للحالة الاجتماعية. - يوجد ارتباط دال إحصائيا بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية وسلوك المخاطرة لدى السائقين الجدد بينما لا يوجد ارتباط دال إحصائيا بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية وسلوك المخاطرة لدى السائقين القدامى.

The current study aimed to reveal the correlation between social responsibility and risk-taking behavior among a sample of, public transport drivers in the city of Ouargla, and to reveal the significance of the difference in correlation according to age, social status and seniority. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive correlational approach was relied upon two measures (social responsibility, risk-taking behavior) were adopted after confirming their psychometric characteristics. Accordingly, the two tools were applied to a sample of (55) drivers in the city of Ouargla for the academic year 2023/2024. Using Pearson correlation coefficient, the following results were reached: - There is no statistically significant correlation between social responsibility and risk-taking behavior in the study sample. - There is no statistically significant association between social responsibility and risk-taking behavior in the study sample depending on age. - There is no statistically significant correlation between social responsibility and risk-taking behavior in the study sample depending on the social situation. - There is a statistically significant correlation between social responsibility and risk-taking behavior in new drivers while there is no statistically significant correlation between social responsibility and risk-taking behavior in old drivers.
