Abstract

تهدف دراسة لمعرفة أهم الضغوطات المهنية للمرأة التي تتعرض لها نتيجة التزامها الوظيفي بكافة ابعاده (المستمر، المعياري، العاطفي) على اتصالها الاسري مما يجعل المرأة العاملة تعيش في صراع الأدوار في حياتها وقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي، وتشمل مجتمع الدراسة على العاملات في مؤسسة سونلغاز الذي يقدر عددهم ب 47 عاملة.

This study aims to identify the main professional pressures faced by women as a result of their job commitment in all its dimensions (continuance، normative، and affective) and how these pressures affect their family communication. This often leads working women to experience role conflict in their lives. We have adopted a descriptive methodology، and the study population includes female employees at the Sonelgaz company، with a total of 47 employees.
