التكوين وانعكاســــاته على أداء الموظفين دراسة ميدانية بالصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعمال الأجراء/وكالة تقرت

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الموسومة "التكوين وانعكاساته على أداء الموظفين"بالصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية وكالة تقرت، التي أجريت خلال الموسم الدراسي2022/2023 على مجتمع بحث متكون من 120موظف،وقد تم الاعتماد على منهج البحث الميداني لتماشيه مع طبيعة الموضوع ،أما أداة جمع البيانات فقد تمثلت في الملاحظة بالمشاركة والاستمارة كأداة أساسية لقد توصلت الدراسة إلى: أن للتكوين دور في تطوير ومهارات وقدرات الموظف. للبرامج التكوينية دور مؤثر على نجاح العملية التكوينية. تعميم عملية التكوين على كل الموظفين حسب التخصص والمهام والمصالح يساهم في تحسين قدرة أدائهم. تكوين الموظف له علاقة بتحقيق أهداف الموظف والمؤسسة. وسائل الاتصال لها دور فعال في العملية التكوينية. استخدام مختلف الأدوات والوسائل والتجهيزات الالكترونية الحديثة ساعد المتكون على استيعاب محتوى البرامج التكوينية.

The aim of this study Is *the formation and its effects about the employees task* at. CNAS-the National fund for social arrogances for slanted employees .(Touggourt agency ).This study Is done in school year 2022/2023inTeam group contains 120employees .the practical system search Is ablated according to the subject. But for collection the information Is conridred in the participation and the form used as principal document -the result of the study Is : -the truing has Rôle to improve the skills of the employé -the employ s truing has a good effects for both company him self . -the training operation Is for employees according to the field ,missions and services ,all these help to improved the capacity and the role of society. -the Media hare a good effects in the training . -the use of several tools ,maternal and electronic modern Equipments help the employee to understood the program.
