dc.description.abstract | Waste disposal has become one of the biggest challenges facing the environmental industry. One of the most important methods of treating and disposing of waste is the technology of producing organic fertilizer. This study aims to highlight the importance and benefits of waste recycling in protecting the environment and how to benefit from reusing and manufacturing waste in producing organic fertilizer. The study was conducted in the period extending from February 28, 2024, until April 10, 2024. The results of the analysis of fertilizer prepared from fruit waste were as follows: : pH = 6 and CE = 4.27 mS/cm and the percentage of moisture, organic matter and organic carbon are respectively 10.87% / 98.51% / 57.27%, as these analysis results were good compared to the specifications of mature compost. To determine the fertilizer components and their percentages, we used scanning electron microscope (MEB) spectroscopy and energy dispersive As for the proportions of minor elements (C; O; Na; Mg; Al; Si; S; Cl; Ca) (2.33%, 0.72%, 0.70%, 1.24%, 0.48%, 0.79%, 1.09%, 38.09%, 51.57%) respectively. Bacteriological results (Salmonella-E.Coli): 0g and 0cfu/g. | - |
