معوقات الرقمنة بالمؤسسة الجامعية دراسة ميدانية على موظفي ادارة كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والانسانية جامعة ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة وايجاد طبيعة المعوقات التي تواجه موظفي ادارة كلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة ورقلة،وقد انطلقنا من التساؤل رئيسي مفاده: ماطبيعة المعوقات التي تواجه موظفي ادارة كلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة ورقلة؟ تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة ذلك انه يقدم معلومات وحقائق عن واقع الظاهرة الحالي،واعتمدنا على الاستمارة كأداة لجمع البيانات،على عينة بلغ عددها 35 مبحوث تم ايجادهم باستخدام المسح بالعينة،وبعد توزيع الاستبيناتتم عرض وتحليل البيانات تم التوصل الى النتائج التالية: * وجود معوقات تقنية تواجه موظفين الادارة تتمثل في نقص الامكانات في تطبيق الرقمنة والافتقار الى الدعم الفني والتقني الكافي ونقص في تدفق الانترنت . *وجود معوقات معرفية تكمن في ان الدورات التدريبية لا تكفي لتزويدهم بالمهارات والمعرفة باستخدام الرقمنة وقلة الخبرة *وجود معوقات اخرىادارية تتمثل في ان العوائق التكنولوجية تعتبر عائقا حقيقيا امام عملية الرقمنة و كذلك انالادارة العليا لا تلعب دور كافي في ضمان نجاح عملية الرقمنة كما توجد هناك صعوبات في التواصل والتعاون مع الزملاء في استخدام الرقمنة . This study aimed to find out and find the nature of the obstacles facing the staff of the Faculty of Humanities and social sciences at the University of warkala, and we have started from the main question that What are the nature of the obstacles facing the staff of the Faculty of Humanities and sociasciences at the University of ouarglaThe positional method was used in this study, asit provides information and facts about the current reality of the phenomenon, and we relied on the form as the data collector based on a sample of 35 researchers who were found using a sample survey, and after the distribution of questionnaires and then the presentation and analysis of the data was The following results were reached: The presence of technical obstacles facing the Department's employees is represented by the lack of capabilities in the application of digitization, the lack of adequate technical and technical support and a lack of Internet streaming ،The existence of knowledge handicaps lies in the fact that the training courses are not enough to provide them with skills and knowledge using digital and inexperiencethe existence of other administrative handicaps is that technological obstacles are considered a real obstacle to the digitization process as well as that the top management does not play There are also difficulties in communication and cooperation with colleagues in the use of digital .
