انعكاسات تكنولوجيا الاتصال على الرعاية الصحية للمريض المؤسسة الاستشفائية الخاصة كنموذج

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة للاكتشاف انعكاسات تكنولوجيا الاتصال على الرعاية الصحية للمريض في مؤسسة الاستشفائية، وللإجابة عن الأسئلة المطروحة، ونظرا لأهمية الدراسة وطبيعة الموضوع وللإلمام بأهم جوانبه، استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي، وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة للجمع البيانات الملاحظة والاستبيان التي وزعت على موظفي مصحة عادة بولاية والتي قدر عدد أفرد العينة بـ (23) فرد، ولتحليل البيانات المتحصل عليها استعننا ببرنامج الحزم الإحصائية (SPSS) اصدار (26)، وبالتكرارات والنسب المئويةلخصت نتائج الدراسة على أن تقنيات تكنولوجيا الاتصال تساهمفي توفير الخدمات الصحية والعلاجية للمريض وكذلك في التوعية والتثقيف والدعم الاجتماعي للمريض.

The study aimed to explore the implications of communication technology on patient healthcare in a hospital setting. To address the research questions, and given the importance of the study and the nature of the topic, a descriptive methodology was employed. Data collection tools included observation and a questionnaire distributed to hospital staff in a particular state, with a sample size of 23 individuals. Data analysis was conducted using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26. Through frequency distributions and percentages, the study results indicated that communication technology contributes to providing medical and therapeutic services to patients, as well as to patient education, awareness, and social support.
