أثر التعليم الرقمي على العملية الاتصالية في البيئة التعليمية - دراسةميدانية– بقسم علم الاجتماع و الديمغرافيا بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلىالتعرف على أثر التعليم الرقمي على العملية الاتصالية في البيئة التعليمية من وجهة نظر الطلبة، حيث تم إجراء دراسة ميدانية بقسم علم الاجتماع بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لتفسير الظاهرة محل الدراسة.كما تم الاعتماد على أداتان في جمع المعلومات هما الملاحظة بالمشاركة والاستبيان الالكتروني، حيث وُزع هذا الأخير على جميع طلبة الماستر بقسم علم الاجتماع والديمغرافيا والمقدر عددهم بـ(160) طالب وطالبة، ولكن تم استرجاع (88) استمارة فقط. وبعد تحليل المعطيات ومناقشة النتائج، تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها:  تبين أن أغلب المواد التعليمية الرقمية التي تدرس محاضرات مقارنة بالأعمال الموجهة. كما يمتلك أغلب المبحوثين لحسابات في منصة التعليم الرقمي التي يتيحها الموقع التعليمي للجامعة، بالإضافة إلى كل الإجراءات اللازمة لتحقيق التواصل بين مختلف الذوات الفاعلة-طلبة وأساتذة- بكل سهولة وأريحية. وبالتالي فإن التعليم الرقمي يؤثر ايجابا على التواصل بين الأستاذ والطالب في البيئة التعليمية الجامعية.  وتبين أن في التعليم الرقمي يقدم الأستاذ المادة العلمية بطرق حديثة وجذابة وبتنويع أساليب وطرق التدريس مما أدى ذلك إلى خلق بيئة تسمح بطرح الأسئلة والمناقشة أثناء تقديم الحصة والوصول إلى الفهم المشترك، حيث لعبت اللغة دورا محوريا إلى جانب ذلك في تحقيق التفاعل الإيجابي. وعليه فإن التعليم الرقمي يؤثر على التفاعل بين الأستاذ والطالب في البيئة التعليمية ويعززه.  بالرغم من الأهمية الكبيرة التي توليها وزارة التعليم العالي عامة والجامعة الجزائرية خاصة للتعليم الرقمي إلا أن بعض الصعوبات التي تعترض الولوج الى الحصص التعليمية بج، مثل غياب التكوينات في مجال البرمجيات وضعف شبكة الانترنت واستخدام الأستاذ الصوت دون الصورة أثناء القاء الحصة، تعتبر كلها معيقات تقنية مادية ذات تأثير على حسن سير عملية التعليم الرقمي في البيئة التعليمية.

This study aims to identify the the impact of digital education on the communication process in the educational environment from the point of view of students, where a field study was conducted at the Department of Sociology at the University of KasdiMerbahOuargla, to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used to interpret the phenomenon in question. two tools were also used in the collection of information are the observation of participation and the electronic questionnaire, where the latter was distributed to all the students of the master in the Department of Sociology and Demography and estimated number of (160) students, but was retrieved (88) form only. After analyzing the data and discussing the results, a series of results were reached, the most important of which are:  It turns out that most of the digital learning materials taught are lectures compared to directed works. Most of the respondents also have accounts in the digital education platform provided by the university educational site, in addition to all the necessary procedures to achieve communication between the various active subjects - students and professors - with ease and comfort. Thus, digital education positively affects the communication between the professor and the student in the university educational environment.  It was found that in digital education the professor offers the scientific material in modern and attractive ways and by diversifying the methods and methods of teaching, which led to the creation of an environment that allows questions and discussion during the presentation of the class and access to common understanding, where language played a pivotal role in achieving positive interaction. Digital education affects and enhances the interaction between teacher and student in the educational environment.  Despite the great importance attached by the Ministry of higher Education in general and the University of Algiers in particular to digital education, some of the difficulties encountered in accessing educational classes are due to the lack of software configurations, the weakness of the Internet and the use of the professor voice without the image during the lecture. all of these are physical technical obstacles that have an impact on the proper functioning of the digital education process in the educational environment
