الثقافــــــــــة القانونيــــــة للسلامـــــــــة المهنيـــــــة ودورها في خفض حوادث العمل (دراســـــــة ميدانية بالمديريــــــــة الجهويـــــــة – حوض بركاوي – (سوناطراك)

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة المعنونة ب "الثقافة القانونية للسلامة المهنية ودورها في خفض حوادث العمل" إلى معرفة كيف تساهم ثقافة قوانين السلامة المهنية في تقليل من معدلات حوادث العمل بالمديرية الجهوية _حوض بركاوي_ سونا طراك بمدينة ورقلة ، التي أجريت خلال الموسم الجامعي 2023/2024 ، وقد اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج البحث الميداني وهذا لطبيعة الموضوع ومعرفة جوانب الظاهرة وثم استخدام أداة جمع البيانات والتي شملت استمارة كأداة رئيسية وطبقت على مجتمع بحث متكون من 33 عامل في المركز، وقد استخدمنا كذلك الملاحظة البسيطة. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الثقافة القانونية للسلامة المهنية كان لها دور في خفض حوادث العمل من خلال النتائج الدراسة التالية: 1/ مستوى معرفة العامل بالمخاطر المهنية و الدور الذي تلعبه التوعية العمالية في تقليل من حدوث التي تعترضه في محيط العمل وهذا يندرج ضمن ثقافة العامل الاجتماعية و القانونية لكل ما يحيط بالمؤسسة لرفع من مستوى الموارد البشرية . 2/ عملية التدريب المهني يعتبر ركيزة أساسية تساهم في زيادة وعي العامل ليكتسب مهارات وكفاءات في ميدان العمل وتكريس مبدأ سلامة العمال من خلال التدريب في مجال الأمن الصناعي لتجنب وقوعه في أخطار. 3/ الإجراءات العقابية المفروضة على العمال في حالة عدم إمتثالهم لمبدأ الإنضباط واحترام القوانين المسطر عليها في المديرية الجهوية _حوض بركاوي_ سوناطراك المتمثل في أساليب الوقاية والتكوين والتوجيه والتخطيط للحفاظ على حياتهم وسلامتهم

This study, entitled {the Legal Culture of Occupational safety and its Role in Reducing Work Accidents} aimed to find out how the culture of occupational safety laws contributes to reducing the rates of Work accidents in the Regional Directorate of( Basin BerKaoui sonatrach) in the city of Ouargla, Which Was conducted during the 2023\2024 academic season, and We relied on this study the study was based on the field research approach due to the nature of the topic and Knowledge of the aspects of the phenomenon. Then we used a data collection tool which included a questionnaire as the main tool, and it was applied to a research community consisting of 33 workers at the center. We also used simple observation this study concluded that the legal culture of occupational safety had a role in reducing work accidents through the results of the following study: 1_ the level of the workers knowledge of occupational risks and the role played by workers awareness in reducing the occurrence those encounters in the work environment and this falls within. The workers social culture, the legality of everything surrounding the institution raises the level of human resources. 2_the process of vocational training is considered a basic pillar that contributes to increasing the workers awareness to acquire skills and competencies in the field of work and teaching the principle of worker safety through training in the field of industrial safety to avoid falling into dangers. 3_punitive measures imposed on workers in the event of their failure to comply with the principle of discipline and respect for the laws stipulated in law, the Regional Directorate of the (Basin Barkawi sonatrach ) which represents methods of prevention, training guidance and planning to preserve their lives and safety of workers.
