أنماط الشخصية ( أ _ ب ) و علاقتها بالضغوط النفسية لدى المصابين بالغدة الدرقية " دراسة ميدانية ببعض المؤسسات الاستشفائية لولاية تقرت "

Abstract

الخلفية : تعد أنماط الشخصية ( أ _ ب ) نماذج سلوكية تتأثر يالضغوط النفسية و التي بدورها تؤثرفي المصابين باضطربات الغدة الدرقية . الهدف : فهم العلاقة بين أنماط الشخصية ( أ _ ب ) و الضغوط النفسية لدى المصابين باضطرابات الغدة الدرقية . المنهج : بلغت عينة الدراسة 100 فردا في المؤسسة الاستشفائية العمومية سليمان عميرات بتقرت و تم جمع البيانات باستخدام مقياس أنماط الشخصية ( أ _ب ) لبورتنر و مقياس الضغوط النفسية للعابدعفاف . النتائج : _ لا يوجد علاقة بين الضغوط النفسية و أنماط الشخصية(أ _ ب) لدى المصابين باضطرابات الغدة الدرقية . _ لا يختلف مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى المصابين باضطرابات الغدة الدرقية ذوي نمط الشخصية(أ) باختلاف الجنس . _ لا يختلف مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى المصابين باضطرابات الغدة الدرقية ذوي نمط الشخصية (أ) باختلاف السن . _ لا يختلف مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى المصابين باضطرابات الغدة الدرقية ذوي نمط الشخصية(ب) باختلاف الجنس . _ لا يختلف مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى المصابين باضطرابات الغدة الدرقية ذوي نمط الشخصية(ب) باختلاف السن . خلاصة : لا يوجد علاقة بين أنماط الشخصية (أ _ ب) و الضغوط النفسية ، لكنها تحتاج إلى دراسات أكثر و إلى أن يعطي لها الأخصائيين النفسانيين أهمية أكبر لهاذين المتغيرين و تأثير كل منهما على الآخر لدى المصابين باضطرابات الغدة الدرقية .

Background: Personality types (A and B) are behavioral models influenced by psychological stress, which in turn affects individuals with thyroid disorders. Objective: Understanding the relationship between personality types (A and B) and psychological stress in individuals with thyroid disorders. Method: The study sample consisted of 100 individuals at the Suleiman Amirate Public Hospital in Touggourt, and data were collected using the A-B Personality Scale by Bortner and the Psychological Stress Scale by Al-AbidAfaf. Results: • There is no relationship between psychological stress and personality types (A and B) among individuals with thyroid disorders. • The level of psychological stress does not differ among individuals with thyroid disorders with personality type (A) based on gender. • The level of psychological stress does not differ among individuals with thyroid disorders with personality type (A) based on age. • The level of psychological stress does not differ among individuals with thyroid disorders with personality type (B) based on gender. • The level of psychological stress does not differ among individuals with thyroid disorders with personality type (B) based on age. Conclusion: There is no relationship between personality types (A and B) and psychological stress, but further studies are needed, and psychologists should give more importance to these variables and their impact on each other in individuals with thyroid disorders.
