مستوى الصحة النفسية (الضيق النفسي) لدى عمال قطاع المحروقات – دراسة ميدانية بالورشات الخارجية بشركة سوناطراك بحاسي مسعود ولاية ورقلة-

Abstract

تهدف دراستنا إلى الكشف على مستوى الصحة النفسية ( الضيق النفسي) و التعرف على فروق للصحة النفسية (ضيق النفسي) تبعا لمتغيرات الديمغرافية (الجنس، المستوى الدراسي، الأقدمية، الحالة الاجتماعية) في بيئة العمل لدى عمال الورشات الخارجية بشركة سوناطراك بحاسي مسعود بورقلة . و معرفة مستوى كل من الصحة النفسية والضيق النفسي لدى العمال في مراكز عملهم وهي الورشات الخارجية للشركة ,وإلى التعرف على الفروق في نسبة الضيق النفسي. والصحة النفسية حسب جملة من المتغيرات التي لها علاقة بالعمال والمتفاوتة فيما بينهم : وهي متغير الجنس, المستوى التعليمي, الأقدمية, الحالة الاجتماعية. تكونت عينة الدراسة الأصلية من 400 عامل . حيث تم إختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية ,وأعتمدنا على مقياس الضيق النفسي (IDPESQ) ل:(إيلفيلد). (ILFELD).(PSI). (1976). و مقياسquestionnaire de Karasek)) لقياس بيئة العمل النفسية والاجتماعية المعدل لنهائي ومن خلال إستخدام مجموعة من الأسالبي الإحصائية بإستخدام برنامج SPSS تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية : 1- مستوى الصحة النفسية من منطلق مركب أومتغير(الضيق النفسي) في العمل لدى عمال الورشات الخارجية بشركة سوناطراك لولاية ورقلة مرتفع. 2-لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصحة النفسية(الضيق النفسي)في العمل لدى عينة من عمال الورشات الخارجية بشركة سوناطراك بحاسي مسعود لولاية ورقلة تعزى لمتغير الجنس. 3- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصحة النفسية(الضيق النفسي)في العمل لدى عينة من عمال الورشات الخارجية بشركة سوناطراك بحاسي مسعود لولاية ورقلة تعزى لمتغير المستوى الدراسي. 4- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصحة النفسية(الضيق النفسي)في العمل لدى عينة من عمال الورشات الخارجية بشركة سوناطراك بحاسي مسعود لولاية ورقلة تعزى لمتغيرالأقدمية. 5-لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصحة النفسية(الضيق النفسي)في العمل لدى عينة من عمال الورشات الخارجية بشركة سوناطراك بحاسي مسعود لولاية ورقلة تعزى لمتغيرالحالة الإجتماعية. وقد نوقشت نتائج الدراسة إعتمادا على الإطار النظري للدراسة وبعض الدراسات السابقة والواقع المعاش . وتوصلنا في ختام هذه الدراسة بتقديم بعض المقترحات.

Through our study, we aim to try to find a relationship between mental health and psychological distress In the work environment of the workers of the external workshops of Sonatrach Company in Hassi Messaoud Ouargla. And to know the level of both mental health and psychological distress among workers in their work centers, which are the company’s external workshops, and to identify differences in the percentage of psychological distress and mental health according to a number of variables that have to do with workers and the comparison between them: the variable gender, educational level, seniority. marital status. The original study sample consisted of 400 workers. They were chosen randomly, and we relied on a scale(1976) Psychological Distress (ILFELD) (PSI). (DPESQI( And a scale (questionnaire de Karase) to measure the psychological and social work environment, the final rate and throughUsing a set of statistical methods using SPSS, the following results were reached: 1- The level of mental health from a composite or variable perspective of psychological distress at work among workshop workers Foreign Affairs Company, Sonatrach, Ouargla State, High. 2- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of mental health and psychological distress at work among a sample of Workers of external workshops at Sonatrach Company in Hassi Messaoud, Ouargla Province, due to the gender variable. 3- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological health (psychological distress at work) among a sample of Workers of external workshops at Sonatrach Company in Hassi Messaoud, Ouargla Governorate, due to the variable of educational level. 4- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of mental health and psychological distress at work among a sample of Workers in the external workshops of Sonatrach in Hassi Messaoud, state, a paper that reveals seniority. 5- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological health (psychological distress at work) among a sample of External workshop workers at Sonatrach in Hassi Messaoud, Ouargla Province, due to the variable marital status. The results of the study were discussed based on the theoretical framework of the study, some previous studies, and the lived reality We will serve this study by providing some outputs.
