Abstract : The aim of this study is to analyze the content and content of delusions, to identify the source of beliefs and delusions of the patient, to demonstrate the role of the first experience in the life of the person, and the psychological dimension in preparing for the patient's preparation, based on the analysis of the orthodoxy of the personw how as infected with paranoia. The patient was the former chief of the Court of Appeal of Saxony "Schreber", and based on Sigmund Freud's sexual theory in her interpretation of delusional, which is attributable to suppressed sexual desires, and primitive relational struggles. The analysis of the content carried by Schreiber's delirium concluded that it is rich and extensive delirium in terms of its production, and this is evidence of the active psychological dynamism played by the psychological system of the case, and the power of repressed conflicts. Delirium production mechanisms represented by: illusions, imagination, interpretation, and intuition, within a delirious structure, take an organized form in terms of: coordination, interconnection and sequencing in delirious thoughts.en_US
