Abstract

جاءت هذه الدراسة التي تناولت ن مساهمة الرأسمال الرمزي في تفعيل الاتصال بالمؤسسة الجامعية_ دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الأساتذة بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية لمحاولة معرفة مساهمة العلاقات الاجتماعية في فعالية الاتصال بالمؤسسة الجامعية، ومعرفة دور التفاعل الاجتماعي في بناء مجال اتصالي سليم بكلية، ومحاولة معرفة مساهمة النشاطات العلمية في تعزيز العملية الاتصالية، ومن أجل ذلك تم طرح التساؤل التالي ما إسهام الرأسمال الرمزي في تفعيل الاتصال بالمؤسسة الجامعية؟ واندرجت تحته التساؤلات التالية: 1. هل تؤثر العلاقات الاجتماعية على فعالية الاتصال بكلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة؟ 2. ما دور التفاعل الاجتماعي في بناء مجال اتصالي سليم بكلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة؟ 3. كيف تساهم النشاطات العلمية في العملية الاتصالية بكلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية جامعة ورقلة؟ حيث تم الاعتماد على أسلوب المسح بالعينة، وتم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة من أدوات جمع البيانات ليتم توزيع 36إستبيان على عينة وتم استرجاع 25 إستبيان لعدم إستكمال الاجابة من طرف الاساتذة و11 إستبيان لم يرد لعدم الاجابة عليه ليتم الاكتفاء ب 25 مفردة من أصل مجتمع 163 بكلية. توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1_ العلاقات الاجتماعية في المؤسسة الجامعية لا تساهم في فعالية الاتصال وذلك ما تطابق مع إجابات أغلب المبحوثيين. 2_ دور التفاعل الاجتماعي في بناء مجال اتصالي سليم متوسط، على أن أغلب التفاعلات الاجتماعية بين الأساتذة تكون عل أساس الاشتراك في تخصص. 3_أن النشاطات العلمية تساهم في تعزيز العملية الاتصالية ذلك بإن الممارسات العلمية حقل اتصالي.

The Role of Symbolic Capital in Enhancing Communication within the University Institution** This study investigates how symbolic capital contributes to enhancing communication within the university setting. It focuses on a field study conducted with professors from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Kasdi Merbah University, Ouargla. The aim was to understand the role of social relationships, social interactions, and scientific activities in improving communication effectiveness within the faculty. The primary question addressed in the study was: **How does symbolic capital contribute to enhancing communication within the university institution? This led to the following sub-questions: 1. Do social relationships impact communication effectiveness at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Kasdi Merbah University, Ouargla? 2. What role does social interaction play in establishing a healthy communication environment within the faculty? 3. How do scientific activities contribute to the communication process within the faculty? Methodology: The study employed a survey method, utilizing a questionnaire for data collection. – A total of 36 questionnaires were distributed, with 25 completed and returned, while 11 were not completed. – The final sample comprised 25 respondents out of a population of 163 faculty members. Findings: 1. Social Relationships: The study found that social relationships within the university do not significantly enhance communication effectiveness, as indicated by the majority of respondents. 2. Social Interaction: The role of social interaction in creating a healthy communication environment is moderate. Most social interactions among professors are based on shared specializations. 3. Scientific Activities: Scientific activities were found to significantly enhance the communication process, as they provide an effective platform for communication.
