التناول النسقي للإضطرابات السلوكية لدى الطفل (دراسة عيادية نسقية لعائلتين بمدينة الوادي)

Abstract

الخلفية: الأسرة هي مجموعة من الأفراد المتفاعلة فيما بينها تتأثر وتؤثر بأفرادها كما يمكن إدراك هذا النسق من خلال فرد من أفرادها كونه متوازن أو متصارع مفتوح أو مغلق، من شأنه أن ينعكس على الطفل الذي هو داخل الأسرة إما إيجابا أو سلبا فتؤدي به إلى مجموع من المشكلات السلوكية تصل إلى حد الاضطراب وبالتالي اللجوء إلى فهمها من خلال التناول النسقي وما يحتويه من خصائص وأسس لتفسير هاته الاضطرابات لدى الأطفال، فتمثلت دراستنا في التناول النسقي لاضطراب السلوك لدى الأطفال الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 7 و11سنة . الهدف: الكشف عن الأداء الوظيفي لنسق الطفل المضطرب سلوكيا، والتعرف على دور الاضطرابات السلوكية كعرض داخل النسق الأسري . المنهج: اعتمدنا على المنهج العيادي القائم على دراسة الحالة، حيث قمنا بالعمل مع أسرتين من مدينة الوادي ولكل منهما طفل لديه اضطراب سلوك، وقد تم جمع البيانات باستخدام المقابلة العيادية النسقية والمخطط الجيلي واختبار الإدراك الأسري FAT. النتائج: أسفرت النتائج أن كلا الأسرتين يتصف نسقهما بسوء أداء وظيفي ،حيث اتضح من خلال تطبيق الاختبار أن عائلة المفحوص "يوسف" تحصلت على درجة تقدر بN=44 ) )، أما عائلة "آدم " بنسبة (41N= )، هذه درجات مرتفعة نسبيا مما تدل على أداء وظيفي مختل كما جاء هذا العرض للتعبير عن الخلل الذي يعانيه هذا النسق العائلي .ويتمثل الدور المتناقض للعرض في محاولة استرجاع وتحقيق الاتزان العائلي. خلاصة: ركزت الدراسة على فهم الاضطرابات السلوكية من المنظور النسقي، وذلك من أجل إعطاء معنى جديد للعرض والكشف عن خصوصية التوظيف العائلي وإبراز دور العرض داخل سياقه الخاص .

Background: The family is a group of interacting individuals where each member influences and is influenced by the others. This coordination can be realised through an individual's presence as a balanced, open, and connected person, or as a closed and conflicting one. This reflects on the child who is growing within the family either positively or negatively, which can lead to a range of behavioural problems reaching the point of disorder. Therefore, understanding it through dealing with coordination and what it entails in terms of characteristics is essential to explain its relationship with children's behavioral disorders. Our study aims to investigate the coordination-related behavioral disorders in children aged between 9 and 11 years. Objective : To identify the functional performance of the behaviorally disturbed child within family coordination, and to understand the role of behavioral disorders as a manifestation of coordination disorder. Method: We relied on the case study approach, working with two families from El Oued city, each with a child suffering from behavioral disorder. data was collected using clinical interviews, psychological assessments, and the Family Assessment Test [FAT). Results: The results indicated that both families exhibited poor functional performance. Through applying the test on "Youssef's" family the family scored a level of (N-44 = Adam) whereas the "N-4 family" obtained relatively high scores, indicating a dysfunctional performance. This presentation came to express the defect that this family coordination suffers from, highlighting the conflicting role of performance in an attempt to achieve family balance. Conclusion: The study focused on understanding behavioral disorders from the perspective of family coordination, in order to give a new meaning to performance and uncover its specificity.
