الهشاشة النفسية و علاقتها بعدم تحمل اللايقين لدى مرضى السرطان بولايات: ورقلة –تقرت-الوادي

Abstract

قدرنا استبيان الهشاشة النفسية ومقياس عدم تحمل اللايقين أداتين مناسبتين لهذه الدراسة ، وقمنا بالتأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما في دراسة على عينة قوامها 41 مريض مصاب بالسرطان . -المنهج : اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي لطبيعة الموضوع والهدف الذي نسعى اليه -العينة : أجريت الدراسة على عينة قوامها 41 مريض مصاب بالسرطان . وأسفرت أهم النتائج على : - مستوى منخفض من الهشاشة النفسية وعدم تحمل اللايقين لدى مرضى السرطان -توجد علاقة دالة احصائيا بين الهشاشة النفسية وعدم تحمل اللايقين لدى مرضى السرطان لكنها علاقة سالبة ضعيفة . - لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في الهشاشة النفسية تعزى لمتغيرات (السن ومدة تشخيص الإصابة) بينما توجد فروق دالة احصائيا تعزى لمتغير(الجنس) . - لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في عدم تحمل اللايقين تعزى لمتغيري (السن ومدة تشخيص الإصابة) بينما توجد فروق دالة احصائيا تعزى لمتغير(الجنس) .

The current study aims to uncover the levels of psychological vulnerability and intolerance of uncertainty among cancer patients and to examine the relationship between them. We considered the Psychological Vulnerability Questionnaire and the Intolerance of Uncertainty Scale as appropriate tools for this study and verified their validity and reliability in a study on a sample of 41 cancer patients. *Method:* We followed the descriptive approach due to the nature of the subject and the goal we aim to achieve. *Sample:* The study was conducted on a sample of 41 cancer patients. The main findings were: - A low level of psychological vulnerability and intolerance of uncertainty among cancer patients. - There is a statistically significant relationship between psychological vulnerability and intolerance of uncertainty among cancer patients, but it is a weak negative relationship. - There are no statistically significant differences in psychological vulnerability attributed to the variables (age and duration of diagnosis), while there are statistically significant differences attributed to the variable (gender). - There are no statistically significant differences in intolerance of uncertainty attributed to the variables (age and duration of diagnosis), while there are statistically significant differences attributed to the variable (gender).
