اضطراب مابعد الصدمة لدى الطفل المتعرض لحروق جسدية (دراسة عيادية لحالتين بولايتي ورقلة وتقرت)

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة لدى الطفل المتعرض لحروق جسدية والتعرف على أهم الأعراض المرافقة له،وذلك على حالتين (2إناث) تبلغان من العمر (8 و11سنة). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمنا المنهج العيادي القائم على دراسة الحالة، وبالاعتماد على الأدوات المتمثلة في المقابلة العيادية نصف موجهة، ومقياس كرب ما بعد الصدمة لدافيدسون، واختبار رسم الشخص. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الطفل المتعرض لحروق جسدية يعاني بدرجة متوسطة من اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة، وتتمثل أهم الأعراض الصدمية في استعادة الخبرة الصادمة، من خلال الصور الاقتحامية، والأفكار عن الخبرة الصادمة، أعراض التجنب، والتي تمثلت في العزلة، وغياب الرغبة في التواصل مع الغير، فقدان الذاكرة النفسي (التناسبي)، وأعراض الاستثارة، تمثلت اضطرابات النوم، والقلق، والتوتر، والغضب، وصعوبات في التركيز.وتم تفسير النتائج المتوصل إليها في ضوء التراث النظري، والدراسات السابقة.

The present study aims to investigate post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in children who have experienced physical burns and to identify the major accompanying symptoms. The study focuses on two female cases, aged 8 and 11 years. To achieve the study's objectives, we employed a clinical case study methodology, utilizing semi-structured clinical interviews, the Davidson Trauma Scale for PTSD, and the Draw-a-Person test. The study's findings indicate that children who have suffered physical burns exhibit a moderate level of PTSD. The primary traumatic symptoms include re-experiencing the traumatic event through intrusive images and thoughts about the experience, avoidance symptoms such as isolation, lack of desire to communicate with others, dissociative amnesia, and arousal symptoms such as sleep disturbances, anxiety, tension, anger, and difficulties in concentration. The results were interpreted in light of theoretical frameworks and previous studies.
