المحددات السوسيو_ديموغرافيا للرضاعة الطبيعية في الجزائر من خلال قاعدة البيانات للمسح العنقودي Mics6 2019

Abstract

من خلال دراستنا هذه حاولنا تسليط الضوء على المحددات السوسيو _ديموغرافية التي تتحكم في الرضاعة الطبيعية من خلال المتغير متعدد البيانات mics6 2019 للجزائر، ومن خلال تحليل البيانات الموجودة في المسح المتعلق بالجزائر توصلنا إلى أن هناك جملة من المتعيرات التي تتحكم في الرضاعة الطبيعية وهي المكان الجغرافي، المستوى التعليمي للأم، والوضع الاقتصادي للأسرة، وعمر الام وصحتها، كما توصلنا أيضا إلى صدق الفرضيات وهي: 1.يؤثر المستوى التعليمي للأم على الرضاعة الطبيعية. 2. يؤثر عمر الأم على الرضاعة الطبيعية 3. يؤثر مكان العيش (ريف/مدينة) على الرضاعة الطبيعية 4. يؤثر عدد الأطفال على الرضاعة الطبيعية 5. يؤثر مستوى دخل الأسرة على الرضاعة الطبيعية 6. تؤثر صحة الأم على الرضاعة الطبيعية. ومن أبرز النتائج المتوصل إليها:  أن الرضاعة الطبيعية لها أهمية كبيرة في حياة الطفل والأم  أن الوعي الصحي مهم جدا في تحقيق الرعاية الصحية للأم والطفل ويجعل الأم تقوم بالرضاعة الطبيعية.  أن التعليم ومستواه لدى الأم له أهمية في تحديد توجه الأم للرضاعة الطبيعية من عدمه.

Through our study, we tried to shed light on the socio-demographic determinants that control breastfeeding through the multivariate data 2019 mics6 for Algeria, and by analyzing the data in the survey related to Algeria, we concluded that there are a number of variables that control breastfeeding, the geographical location, the educational level The mother, the economic situation of the natural family, the mother's age and health, and we also reached the validity of the hypotheses, which are: 1. The educational level of the mother affects breastfeeding. 2. Maternal age affects breastfeeding 3. The place of living (rural (city)) affects breastfeeding 4. The number of children affects breastfeeding 5. Family income level affects breastfeeding 6. Maternal health affects breastfeeding. Among the most important results reached: _Breastfeeding is of great importance in the life of the child and the mother awareness is very important in achieving health care for mother and child and makes the mother is breastfeeding. _The mother's education and its level are important in determining the mother's tendency to breastfeed or not
