دور المضامين السياسية الإلكترونية في تشكيل الوعي السياسي لدى فئة الطلبة الجامعيين - دراسة على عينة من طلبة قسم العلوم السياسية بجامعة ورقلة-

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة الدور الذي تؤديه المضامين السياسية الإلكترونية في تشكيل الوعي السياسي لدى فئة الطلبة الجامعيين، من خلال إجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة من طلبة قسم العلوم السياسية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، والتي تسعى من خلالها للكشف عن دور المضامين السياسية الإلكترونية خاصة الرسمية منها، التي تحتضنها مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ( فيسبوك- تويتر-انستغرام-يوتيوب) في تشكيل الوعي السياسي، إذ يعتبر الوعي السياسي من أهم المواضيع التي لاقت اهتماما واسعا من طرف الباحثين والمختصين، ولما له دور كبير في الشأن السياسي. تندرج هذه الدراسة ضمن الدراسات الوصفية، حيث اعتمدت فيها على المنهج الوصفي نظرا لملائمته أغراض البحث، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 65 مفردة من طلبة قسم العلوم السياسية بجامعة ورقلة، والتي اختيرت بطريقة قصدية، وتم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات والتي وزعت إلكترونيا والمكونة من أربع محاور، كما تم تحكيم الاستمارة من خلال إرسالها إلى أربع أساتذة محكمين من قسم علوم الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة ورقلة، كما اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على نظرية الاعتماد على وسائل الإعلام كإطار علمي يمكن في ضوئه تفسير النتائج ضمن سياقها الطبيعي، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج عديدة أهمها : 1 اعتماد الطلبة الجامعيين على المضامين السياسية الإلكترونية كمصدر لمعرفة المعلومات السياسية، وهذا بدافع الاطلاع على مختلف الأخبار والمعلومات السياسية وكذا تمكينهم من متابعة الأحداث السياسية نصا وصوتا وصورة. 2 تساهم المضامين السياسية الإلكترونية في تنمية وتعزيز الثقافة السياسية للطلبة الجامعيين من خلال تصفح هذه المضامين والصفحات السياسية، كما ساهمت في تشكيل وعي سياسي بالقضايا الوطنية والإقليمية والعالمية.

The study aims to know the role that electronic political content plays in shaping political awareness among university students, by conducting a field study on a sample of students from the Department of Political Science at the University of Kasdi-MerbahOuargla, through which it seeks to reveal the role of electronic political content, especially official ones, embraced by social networking sites (Facebook - Twitter - Instagram - YouTube) in shaping political awareness. Political awareness is considered as one of the most important topics that has received wide attention from researchers and specialists, and because it has a major role in political affairs. ‎This study falls within the descriptive studies, as it relied on the descriptive approach due to its suitability to the research purposes. The study was conducted on a sample of 65 individuals from the students of the Department of Political Science at the University of Ouargla, which was chosen intentionally. The questionnaire tool was relied upon to collect data, which was distributed electronically and consisted of four axes. The questionnaire was also judged by sending it to four arbitrators from the Department of Media and Communication Sciences at the University of Ouargla. This study also relied on the theory of reliance on media as a scientific framework in the light of which the results can be interpreted within their natural context. It reached several results, the most important of which are:

University students rely on electronic political content as a source of knowledge of political information. This is motivated by access to various political news and information, as well as enabling them to follow political events in text, audio, and image. Electronic political content contributes to developing and enhancing the political culture of university students by browsing these political content and pages. It also contributes to forming political awareness of national, regional and global issues.
