روبورتاج إذاعي حول المراحل التاريخية لإذاعة الجزائر من ورقلة وتوقرت "الأثير على موعد مع.... الواحات"

Abstract

من خلال هذه الدراسة التي قمنا بها والموسومة بعنوان "روبورتاج إذاعي حول المراحل التاريخية لإذاعة الجزائر من ورقلة وتوقرت..الأثير على موعد مع الواحات" حيث تطرقنا في البداية للحديث عن النواة الأولى للإعلام المسموع في العالم ألا وهي الإذاعة، ثم تخصيص الحديث عن الإذاعة المحلية التي لها صلة كبيرة بين الجمهور والبيئة المحلية، وبذلك تصبح الأداة أو الوسيلة المثلى لنقل التراث الثقافي والقيمي والعادات والتقاليد إلى الجمهور المستهدف وبذلك يمكن القول أنها تشكل مضمون الإعلام المحلي، حيث تم الانطلاق من التساؤل الرئيسي وهو: ماهي أهم المحطات التاريخية التي مرت بها إذاعة ورقلة الجهوية؟ وللتوضيح أكثر والإجابة عن التساؤل السابق اعتمدنا على إذاعة ورقلة الجهوية كنموذج للدراسة من خلال البحث ودراسة أهم المحطات التاريخية لها منذ نشأتها وحتى يومنا هذا، من جهة أخرى ولتقريب الصورة جيدا من الجمهور وقع اختيارنا على النوع الصحفي الروبورتاج الإذاعي أو المسموع كأفضل وسيلة لشرح ونقل وإظهار أهم المحطات التاريخية لإذاعة الواحات من جهة، ولطبيعة الموضوع المراد دراسته من جهة أخرى، وهذا بعد إجراء مقابلات مع مصادر حية لدعم الموضوع أكثر ولإثبات صحة المعلومات المقدمة وأهميتها التاريخية والإعلامية. كما توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن إذاعة الواحات التي تزخر بتاريخها العريق عرفت محطة فارقة في تاريخها وهذا في شقها التقني وذلك بانتقالها من النظام الكلاسيكي أو الشريط المغناطيسي إلى النظام الرقمي وإرسالها عبر القمر الصناعي. في الأخير مهما طال الزمن وتطورت التقنيات إذاعة الواحات كانت ولا زالت وستبقى وفية لمستمعيها، فمجد وعراقة إذاعة الواحات أو إذاعة الجزائر من ورقلة وتوقرت ستبقى راسخة عبر الزمن، وعبر هذا الروبورتاج سننقلكم في رحلة ممتعة في تاريخ وأعلام إذاعة الواحات.

Through this study that we carried out, entitled “A radio reportage about the historical stages of Algeria's Radio from Ouargla and Tougurt... El-Athir meets the oases,” where we first discussed the core of audio media in the world, which is radio, and then devoted the discussion to the local radio that greatly connects the public to the local environment, and thus became the ideal tool or means for transmitting the cultural heritage, values, customs and traditions to the target audience. Therfore, it can be said that it shapes the essence of the local media. The main research question is: What are the most important historical stages that the Regional Radio of Ouargla has gone through? _In order to clarify further and answer the previous question, we relied on the Regional Radio of Ouargla as a model to study through research and through studying its most important historical stages starting from its foundation to the present day.

Furthermore, we chose the type of journalistic radio or audio reportage as the best way to explain, transmit and show the most important historical stations of Al Wahat Radio on the one hand, and the nature of the topic to be studied on the other hand, and this is after conducting interviews with live sources to further support the topic and to prove the validity of the information provided. This study also concluded that Al-Wahat Radio, has marked a turning point in its history in its technical aspect, by moving from the classical system or magnetic tape to the digital system and sending it via satellite. In conclusion, no matter how long time passes and how much technology develops, Al-wahat radio will always remain loyal to its listeners. The glory and heritage of Al-wahat Radio or Algeria's Radio from Ouargla and Tougort will remain firmly established throughout time. “Radio Algeria from Ouargla and Tougurt...is indeed everyone’s radio.”
