التشهير الالكتروني عبر الفايسبوك في الوسط الطلابي الجامعي دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الطلبة بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Abstract

يعد التشهير الالكتروني عبر الفايسبوك ظاهرة خطيرة تهدد حياة الناس وتمس صمعتهم وكرامتهم، وتتزايد الظاهرة مع تزايد استعمال الغير قانوني للفايسبوك مما ساهم في انتشار الظاهرة وتوسعها في الوسط الطلابي ، وتهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز خطورة التشهير الالكتروني على الطلبة الجامعيين ومعرفة الأاضرار وكشف ملابساتها ، وذلك بالاجابة على التساؤلات المطروحة في الإشكالية. تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في جمع البيانات ودراستها ميدانيا انطلاقا من متغيرات الدراسة قصد تفسير الظاهرة التي أصبحت متزايدة بين الوسط الطلابي في الجامعات وكسر الطابوهات المتكتم عنها. واتضح من خلال الدراسة، أن التشهير الالكتروني باختلاف صوره وأنواعه متزايد بشكل كبير بين الوسط الطلابي تزامنا مع تفاعلهم الاجتماعي في الحقل الافتراضي فايسبوك وجعلهم ضحايا عنف رمزي ،سبب في تشويه الصمعة وإساءة كرامتهم ، والحق بهم ضرر اثر على حياتهم الشخصية وبيئتهم الاجتماعية والدراسية . وكلما كان الاتصال بالفايسبوك وقوة التفاعل بين الافراد كلما زاد الاستخدام الغير قانوني للتشهير بالطلبة بسبب نقص الوعي وحماية البيانات الشخصية وتجديديها دوريا.

Facebook defamationis a seriousphenomenonthatthreatenspeople'slives and affects their silence and dignity. The phenomenonisincreasingwith the increasingillegal use of Facebook, which has contributed to the spread and expansion of the phenomenon in the studentcommunity. This studyaims to highlight the seriousness of electronicdefamation on universitystudents and the knowledge of damages and detection. The prescriptive curriculum wasused to collect and study data on the groundfromstudy variables in order to explain the phenomenon, which has becomeincreasinglywidespreadamongstudents in universities, and to break discreet attitudes. Through the study, itwasfoundthatelectronicdefamation of different images and types among the studentcommunity has increasedexponentially in conjunctionwiththeir social interaction in the virtualfield of Facebook and made themvictims of symbolic violence, causingdistortion of silence and abuse of theirdignity, and the right to harmtheirpersonallives and their social and educationalenvironment. The more Facebook connectivity and power of interaction betweenindividuals, the more illegal use of defamation of students due to lack of awareness, protection and periodicrenewal of personal data.
