Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الكشف عن دور الرقمنة في تطوير كفاءة الأستاذ الجامعي بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بالجامعة عبر الكشف عن دور منصة مودل وبروغرس في تطوير المهارات التعليمية والمهنية من أجل الوصول إلى هدف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على منهج البحث الميداني في إعداد استبيان لجمع البيانات وتوزيعها على عينة من أساتذة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح والمقدرة ب 45 أستاذ وتم تفريغ البيانات بواسطة جداول بسيطة بالاعتماد على التكرارات والنسب المئوية وذلك بغرض التحليل وتفسير النتائج إحصائيا وسيسيولوجيا وفي الأخير توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية : _تتيح الرقمنة بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية فرصة الولوج للمنصات الرقمية مودل وبروغرس في أي مكان وزمان _منصة مودل تتيح الأساتذة استخدام المهارات التعليمية من خلال التنويع في أساليب تقديم الدروس _تساهم منصة بروغرس في عملية تقييم لأساتذة لطلبة من خلال رصد النقاط والكشوف

This study aimed to reveaI the roIe of digitization in deveIoping the competence of university professors at the CoIIegeof Humanities and Sciences at the university by reveaIing the roIe of the MoodIe and Progress pIatform in deveIopingeducationaI andprofessionaIskiIIs.In order to reach the goaI of the study, the fieid research approach was reIied upon in preparing a questionnaire to coIIect and distribute data.on q sampIe of professors from the FacuIty ofHumancies andSociaI Sciences at kasdiMerbah University, estimated at 45 professors, the data was transcribed using simpIetabbies based on frequencies and percentages for the purpose of AnaIyzing and interpreting the resuItsstatisticaIIy and socioIogicaIIy,wefinaIIy reached the foIIowingresuIts:Digitization at the coIIege of Humanities and SociaISciences provides the opportunity to access the access the digitaIpIatformsMoodIe and progressvIPIace and time: the MoodIepIatformaIIows teachers to use educationaIskiIIs by diversifying the methods of presenting Iessons The Progress pIatform contributes to the process of professorsevaIuation of students by moitoring points and statements.
