Abstract: | The current study aimed to construct and design a measure to detect and measure social skills among the second year students of the primary stage. To make this study, a number of 123 students was chosen simple randomly following the descriptive curriculum. With regard to the content of the scale, it included 16 item divided to four (04) dimensions equally, after greeting others and welcoming them, after listening carefully, after gaining the teacher's attention, after communicating and creating social bonds, and the results revealed that there are values High levels of validity for the designed scale, similar to the validity of internal consistency and discriminatory validity. The results also revealed high values of stability using Cronbach's alpha equation and the split half of the scale, and the purpose of constructing this scale is to achieve an effective scientific tool for measuring social skills in the primary stage |
