dc.description.abstractThe current study aimed to identify the level of professional motivation for teaching and to reveal differences in the level of motivation according to gender and years of experience among primary education teachers in the city of Ouargla, to achieve the objectives of the study, the Hisham Barakat scale was applied to a sample of primary education teachers consisting of 120 teachers, selected randomly in the city of Ouargla. The study reached the following results: The level of professional motivation for teaching among primary education teachers is low, and there are no statistical differences in the level of professional motivation to teach according to gender and years of experienceen_US
