Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الى محاولة الكشف عن انعكاسات منحة البطالة على خريجي الجامعات وكجلك معرفة مدى تأثير منحة البطالة على الاستقرار المادي ، والأثر الذي تلعبه على قرارات طالبي العمل من خريجي الجامعات بشأن مواصلة الدراسة وعما اذا كانت هذه المنحة تساهم في زيادة فرص عمل خريجي الجامعات. وقد تألفت عينة البحث من 65 خريج من الجنسين متحصلين على شهادات ليسانس بتخصصات مختلفة. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة توصلت نتائجها على أن غالبية العاطلين هم عزاب لم يتمكنوا من الزواج بسبب الوضع المادي الحرج، باعتبار أن منحة البطالة غير كافية لهم ليستقروا ماديا وكونها لاتعد بديلا للعمل فهي مجرد حل مؤقت. تقول كذلك أن منحة البطالة شجعت الخريجين على الكسل بدل مواصلة (التكوين ) الدراسة .

The study aims to attempt to uncover the repercussions of the unemployment grant on university graduates, as well as to know the extent to which the unemployment grant affects financial stability, the impact it plays on the decisions of university graduates’ job seekers regarding continuing their studies, and whether this grant contributes to increasing job opportunities for university graduates. The research sample consisted of 65 graduates of both sexes who obtained bachelor’s degrees in various specializations. Through this study, its results were found to be that the majority of the unemployed are single people who were unable to marry due to the critical financial situation, given that the unemployment grant is not sufficient for them to become financially stable, and since it is not an alternative to work, it is only a temporary solution. It also says that the unemployment grant encouraged graduates to be lazy instead of continuing their studies.
