دور الثقافة التنظيمية في تحسين الاداء دراسة ميدانية: إدارة مستشفى محمد بوضياف - ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة العنونة بدور الثقافة التنظيمية في تحسين الاداء لمحاولة الاجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي هل للثقافة التنظيمية دور في تحسين الاداء وقد تفرع من هذا الطرح ثلاثة فرضيات وهي كالتالي للتحفيز دور في تحسين الاداء لعمال إدارة مشفى محمد بوضياف- ورقلة للرقابة دور في تحسين الاداء لعمال إدارة مشفى محمد بوضياف- ورقلة للتكوين دور في تحسين الاداء لعمال إدارة مشفى محمد بوضياف- ورقلة وللتأكد من صحة هذه الفرضية تم اجراء دراسة ميدانيه على اداره مشفى محمد بوضياف وبتبني المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة على مجتمع 72 مفردا وتم الاستعانة باداه الاستبانة لجمع البيانات من المبحوثين اضافه الى استعمال برنامج التحليل الاحصائيspss للحصول على جداول بسيطة من التكرارات والنسب المئوية يساعد لتحليل وتفسير البيانات المتحصلة عليها من المفردات الدراسة فقط خلصت هذه الدراسة في الاخير الى النتائج التالية: للتحفيز، والرقابة، والتكوين دور في تحسيت الأداء داخل إدارة مشفى محمد بوضياف ورقلة

This study, entitled The Role of Organizational Culture in Improving Performance, aimed to try to answer the main question: Does organizational culture have a role in improving performance? Three hypotheses emerged from this proposal, which are as follows: Motivation has a role in improving the performance of the workers of the Mohamed Obadiah Hospital-Ouargla administration Supervision has a role in improving the performance of the workers of the Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital-Ouargla administration Training has a role in improving the performance of workers in the administration of Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital-Ouargla To confirm the validity of this hypothesis, a field study was conducted on the management of Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital, adopting the descriptive approach in this study on a population of 72 individuals, and a questionnaire tool was used to collect data from the respondents, in addition to using the statistical analysis program SPSS to obtain simple tables of frequencies and percentages that help to analyze and interpret the data. Obtained from the study vocabulary only, this study finally concluded with the following results
