تقييم الأداء المالي بقياس المردودية دراسة حالة-مؤسسة ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري OPGI خلال الفترة(2013-2022)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على تقييم الاداء المالي بقياس المردودية، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في مؤسسة ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري بورقلة، فقد تم جمع البيانات واتباعا للمنهج الوصفي والتحليلي تم تحليل القوائم المالية للفترة ما بين 2013-2022 عن طريق برنامج .Excel كذلك تم قياس اثر مؤشرات المالية الداخلية على المردودية الاقتصادية والمالية وذلك باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الخطي المتعدد عن طريق برنامج Eviews ، بعد تحليل النتائج تم التوصل الى أن مؤشر الأجور الى عوامل الإنتاج له دلالة معنوية إحصائية وله علاقة عكسية مع المردودية الاقتصادية في المقابل وجدنا ان كل من مؤشر المديونية و السيولة والحجم ليس لهم تأثير على المردوية الاقتصادية، في حين يؤثر كل من مؤشر المديونية والحجم على المردودية المالية ما عدا السيولة والأجور الى عوامل الانتاج.

This study aims to identify the financial performance assessment tools by measuring rentabilite. The sample of the study was the Bureau of Promotion and Real Estate Management. The data was collected through the corresponding tool. Following the descriptive and analytical approach, the financial statements for the period 2013-2022 were analysed through the program .Excel The impact of internal financial indicators on economic and financial performance has also been measured using the multiple linear regression model through Eviews. After analysing the results, it was concluded that the wage index to factors of production has a statistical moral significance and has an inverse relationship with economic productivity in return, we found that both indebtedness and liquidity index and volume have no impact on economic revenues. The indebtedness and volume index affects financial returns except liquidity and wages to factors of production.
