دراسة أثر سياسة توزيع الأرباح على قيمة الشركة دراسة عينة من الشركات المدرجة في بورصة قطر للأوراق المالية خلال الفترة 2017-2022

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى قياس تأثير سياسة توزيع الأرباح على القيمة السوقية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية المسعرة في البورصة ، وذلك بتقدير نموذج يسمح بتفسير التغيرات الاجمالية لأسعار الأسهم ، من خلال اختيار عينة مكونة من ثماني مؤسسات مدرجة في سوق قطر للأوراق المالية الموزعة على عدة قطاعات في الفترة 2017/2022 . باستخدام نماذج PANEL وكذا تقدير المؤشرات الاحصائية الوصفية باستخدام EVIWES، تبين انه يوجد تأثير ايجابي للإعلان عن التوزيعات الارباح على أسعار الأسهم المؤسسات المدرجة في هذا سوق المالي وهذا يدل على أن السوق قادر على التفاعل مع المعلومات الجديدة فيما يتعلق بالتوزيعات على الأرباح.

The study aimed to measure the effect of the dividend policy on the market value of the economic institution listed on the stock exchange by estimating a model that allows the interpretation of the event in the overall expressions of stock prices, by selecting a sample consisting of 8 institutions listed on the Qatar Stock Exchange distributed over several sectors in the period 2017/2022 ,using PANEL models and estimation descriptive statistical indicators using EVIWES; it was found that there is a positive impact of announcing dividends on the stock prices of institutions included in This Financial report, and This indicates that the market is able to react to new information regarding dividends.
