Abstract

نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح دور بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في تقييم الأداء المالي للمؤسسة النفطية , واختيرت نافطال مركز الزفت – تقرت مجال للبحث وفق دراسة الحالة , استندت نتائج البحث إلى تحليل واقع الأنشطة والممارسات التي قامت بها المؤسسة في الفترة 2021-2023 فضلا عن بعض المقابلات التي أجريناها والمؤشرات المستخرجة من وثائق المؤسسة . إذ أظهرت النتائج بأن المؤسسة تعتمد على محورين هما المالي والعملاء بدرجة عالية بالمقارنة بمحوري العمليات الداخلية والتعلم والنمو بدرجة أقل مما أدى هذا إلى تدهور بعض المؤشرات , وضحت الدراسة دور بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في تقييم الأداء المالي للمؤسسة النفطية وتشير إلى أهمية تطبيقها لتحسين الأداء

Through this study, we aim to clarify the role of the Balanced Scorecard in evaluating the financial performance of the oil company. Naftal was selected as the research area based on a case study. The research results were based on analyzing the activities and practices carried out by the company during the period 2021-2023, as well as some interviews conducted and indicators extracted from the company's documents. The results showed that the company relies heavily on the financial and customer perspectives compared to the internal business processes and learning and growth perspectives, resulting in the deterioration of some indicators. The study highlighted the role of the Balanced Scorecard in evaluating the financial performance of the oil company and emphasizes the importance of its application for performance improvemen
