Etude comparative de deux types d’engrais phosphatés sur céréales à pailles (orge) dans la région d’Oued Righ (Station El-Arfiane)

Abstract

Dans le cadre de l’amélioration des productions agricoles en général et des productions céréalières en particulier dans des conditions agro-climatiques sahariennes, le présent travail se propose une contribution à la définition d’une politique de fertilisation minérale des sols. Au cours de la compagne agricole 2004/2005 et sur une culture d’orge, nous avons testé l’efficacité d’une fertilisation phosphatée à partir d’un phosphate naturel par rapport à l’engrais classique à savoir le TSP. Les principaux résultats obtenus militent en faveur des engrais de synthèse soit le TSP par rapport au phosphate naturel puisque nous avons observé des différences soit : - une amélioration de paramètre de fertilité (nombre d’épis par mètre carré) d’où un gain d’environ 45% en matière de rendement un meilleur enrichissement de la couche superficielle du sol en phosphore assimilable mais la différence s’amenuise à fur à mesure que l’on se rapproche de la fin du cycle végétatif de l’orge. Par ailleurs, le phosphate naturel (DO 20%) a eu une action significative en nombre d’épis par mètre carré par rapport au témoin ; d’autres considérations d’ordre technico-économique et écologique pourraient lui ouvrir de meilleurs horizons.

Within the framework of the improvement of the agricultural productions in general and cereal productions in particular under Saharan agro-climatic conditions, this work proposes a contribution to the definition of a policy of mineral fertilization Grounds.
