Utilisation de Blocs Multinutritionnels en alimentation des Ovins et des Caprins

Abstract

La présente l'étude qui parle sur la valorisation des sous produits du palmier dattier par la fabrication de blocs multi nutritionnels à base de 70% de rebuts de dattes, 12,5% de pédicelles et 7.5 % d’urée, et leur utilisation en alimentation du bétail (ovins, caprins). On a obtenu des résultats qui montrent que ces blocs sont des aliments concentrés avec respectivement 0.92 UFL et 0.94 UFV /kg de MS, et présentent des valeurs azotées relativement élevées avec 87g de PDIN; 94g de PDIE et 100g de MAD / kg de MS. Leur utilisation par les animaux situe que les caprins utilisent mieux ces blocs que les ovins, avec des quantités ingérées de l’ordre de 43,65 g/kgP0, 75 contre 12,34 g/kgP0, 75 pour les ovins et des gains de poids de l’ordre de 67g/j contre 47g/j pour les ovins.

علـى ضـوء الدراسـة التـي قمنـا بهـا والراميـة إلـى تثمـين بقايـا النخيـل عـن طريـق صـنع قوالـب علفيـة تتكـون مـن التمـور غيـر القابلـة للتسـويق بنسـبة 70 ،% 5.12 % مـن شرانيخ التمر و 5.7% من الأوريا واستعمالها في تغذية المواشي (الغنم، الماعز)، خلصنا إلى أن القوالب العلفية هي عبارة عن غذاء مركـز ذو قـيم طاقويـة جـد عاليـة مـا بـين 92.0 وحدة علفية حليب/ كلغ من المادة الجافة و 94.0 وحدة علفية لحم/كلغ من المادة الجافة، وقيم أزوتية مرتفعة نسبيا تتراوح ما بين 87 غ من البروتينات المهضومة فعليا في الأمعاء المسموحة بالأزوت المتوفر، 94 غ من البروتينات المهضومة في الأمعاء المسموحة بالطاقة المتوفرة و 100غ من المادة الأزوتية المهضومة/ كلغ من المادة الجافة . ومـن خـلال النتـائج المحصـل عليهـا فـي اسـتعمال هـذه القوالـب كغـذاء للمواشـي نجـد أن كميـات المهضـومة مـن طـرف المـاعز أكبـر بكثيـر مقارنـة بـالغنم، حيـث تقـدر بــ 65.43 / غ كلغ من وزن الاستقلال على عكس الغنم 34.12 / غ كلغ من وزن الاستغلال. وهناك أيضا زيادة في الوزن تقدر بـ 67 / غ يوم للماعز على عكس الغنم 47. اليوم

From the study which we undertook on the valorization of under products of date palms by the manufacture of the multinutritional blocks containing 70% of date rejects, 12,5% pedicel and 7.5% of urea, and their use out of animal feed, we obtained results showing us that these blocks are food concentrated with 0.92 UFL and 0.94 UFV /kg of Dry Matter, and present relatively high nitrogenized values with; 87g of PDIN, 94g of PDIE and 100g of Digestible Nitrogen Matter/kg of Dry Mater. Their use by the animals showed us that the goat use these blocks better that the sheep, with introduced quantities about 43,65 g/kgP0,75 against 12,34 g/kgP0,75 for the sheep and profits of weight about 67g/day against 47g/day for the sheep
