Diagnostic sur les différentes méthodes de conservation des fourrages verts à Ouargla

Abstract

This survey is a diagnosis on the different methods of conservation of the green fodders at the basin of Ouargla After investigating, we could clear some points: Only some exploitations practice the conservation of fodders and these are the new exploitations (enhancement). · All exploitations practice only one model of conservation that is the tedding to the free air. · This practice doesn't take place that in the case of overproduction. · The absence of the other techniques comes back to the ignorance on behalf of the agriculturists for the small and middle exploitations (of the viewpoint surface) and to the cost raised for the big exploitations. Besides, the direct, on a big scale use, of the green fodders, affects the application of the conservation quantitatively in itself and qualitatively.

Cette étude est un diagnostic sur les différentes méthodes de conservation des fourrages verts au niveau de la cuvette de Ouargla. Après investigations, nous avons pu dégager certains points :  Seules quelques exploitations pratiquent la conservation des fourrages et ce sont les nouvelles exploitations (mise en valeur).  Touteslesexploitationspratiquentunseulmodedeconservationquiestlefanageàl’airlibre.  Cettepratiquen’alieuquedansle cas de surproduction.  L’absencedesautrestechniquesrevientàlaméconnaissancedelapartdesagriculteurspourlespetites et moyennes exploitations (du point de vue surface) et au coût élevé pour les grandes exploitations. Deplus,l’utilisation directe, à grande échelle, des fourrages verts, affecte l'application de la conservation en soi quantitativement et qualitativement.
