Synthèse bibliographique sur les différentes techniques de la pollinisation du palmier dattier (l’I.N.R.A.de Touggourt)

Abstract

Le palmier dattier ( Phoenix –dactylifera) l c'es l'une des plus important ressource végétale du Sahara, produisant les fruits nobles par excellence, la datte très appréciée aussi bien dans les pays qui pratiquent sa culture, que dans le monde Actuellement l’intérêt de cette culture dépasse son aire de répartition. La réussite des travaux de recherche et d'un programme d'amélioration implique la disponibilité des millions de rejets, le maîtrise et l'amélioration des méthodes culturelles et de production dattiere, ce qui nécessaire une connaissance complète de l'arbre, qui malgré sa domestication très ancienne demeure parfaitement, méconnu aussi bien sur la plan physiologie, biologique que génétique. La pollinisation; est une opération nécessaire car elle permet l'amélioration de la production quantitativement et qualitativement, donc cette opération, oblige les phoeniciculteures a'améliorer l'application des recherches sur les déférentes techniques utilisées et leur efficacité sur le rendement. De ce la, la pollinisation effectuée par différente technique manuelle, semi mécanique, et mécanique, présente des avantages et des inconvénients. L'objectif de ce travail d'étudier et synthétiser les déférentes techniques de pollinisation, les différents appareils proposer pour réaliser la pollinisation. La pollinisation semi mécanique ou mécanique a été utilisée pour une substitution et utiliser de façon rationnelle (techniquement et économiquement) le pollen pour une production qualitative et quantitative améliorée.

زراعة النخيل أهمية كبيرة في المناطق الصحراوية وذلك وفقا للمنتوجات التي تحتل الصدارة في بعض المناطق الصحراوية . إن زراعة النخيل تجاوزت مناطق تواجدها، و قد دخلت في عدة نطاقات التي تهدف إلى تطوير هذه الزراعة من اجل الوصول إلى هدف وحيد و هو تحسين إنتاج التمـور كمـاً و نوعاً و ذلك يوجب على الباحثين في هذا المكان المعرفة الكاملة في هذا الميدان في ميدان زراعة النخيل و مختلف مراحل حياة النخيل . التلقيح عملية مهمة في حياة النخيل لان بموجبها تتحصل على المنتوج، و هذا مما حفز الفلاحين على تطوير هذه العملية و قد قاموا بعدة أبحاث في هذا المجال باستعمال عدة طرق و معرفة فعاليتها على المنتوج، التلقيح يتم بعدة طرق منها: يدوياً، شبه ميكانيكي، ميكانيكي...الخ كل هذه الطرق لها ايجابيات و سلبيات و الهدف من هذا البحث هو جمع و حوصلة على مختلف الطرق المستعملة في التلقيح و معرفة مختلف الآلات المقترحة للتلقيح و مبدأ عملها . و الاتجاه على عمليات أخرى للتلقيح (ميكانيكي، شبه ميكانيكي) من اجل تصحيح الأخطاء التي تحدث في التلقيح اليدوي(التقليدي ). تسهيل العملية التي تتطلب مجهود كبير . اقتصاد كمية حبوب اطلع . زيادة منتوج التمور كماً و نوعاً

The agriculture of palm sis very important in the desert, this is because of the production, which has the first place in the whole production of the desert and some of the other places. The agriculture of palms goes beyond its limits, and it could be found in many other places, which try to develop it and its production in quality and quantity, this is why the researchers try to discover all the information about the style and the way of planting “Dates”, also all the stages of this plant, to avoid any problem or to solve any defect. Pollinisation is a very vital and important during the life of palms, as result, we get the production (Dates), this is why the farmers Enhanced to carry on and increase this field, they did many researches by using many ways. Pollinisation has been donning by many ways: manual, half-mechanic or mechanic, all these ways have positive and negative effects. The aim of this research (paper) is to show the different ways in Pollinisation, and to know all the suggested machines in this operation. To solve the problems of manual Pollinisation, we should take in consideration other operations for Pollinisation (mechanic or half-mechanic) to facilitate the operation which needs a big effort, to economize the pollen and increase the product in quantity and quality.
