dc.description.abstractThe objectify of our study is the knowledge of the heredity anemia in the population of El-Oued in the process its frequency, and dissociate it from the ether anemia it is often confuse Our study was carried out by two steps: inquires at hospital DJILANI Oumar and different specific and general health service, and of the analyses at the laboratory. Those founded on a major bibliographical study of the heredity anemia. The investigations realized at the hospital DJILANI Oumar and different specific and general health service showed a limited number of patients observed whose age bracket lies between 2 and 15 years. This made clear that this is an anemia thread children. The analyses carried out at the laboratory made it possible to highlight the presence of hemoglobin F at a sickler's homozygote, and indicate that the rate of hemoglobin, VGM, TCMH and CCMH is increased.en_US
