Importance des fabaceae fourragères dans les oasis du Souf

Abstract

Notre approche a pour objectif la révélation de l'importance et des utilisations des fabacées fourragères à partir des observations et d'enquête au niveau des oasis du Souf. Ces cultures fourragères, dans les oasis, constituent la source alimentaire des bétails. Les fabacées surtout, sont considérées parmi les principaux fournisseurs des protéines végétales pour les animaux d'élevage. Après investigations, il ressort que les cultures les plus répondue sont le sorgho, l'orge et la luzerne. Cette dernière, constitue la seule espèce fourragère et qui est destinée exclusivement à la vente sur le marché. Aussi, la luzerne est la seule fabacée fourragère cultivée dans les oasis du Souf. De plus, nous constatons que la luzerne est le fourrage le mieux apprécié par les animaux des exploitations enquêtées. En plus, elle est une source économique pour certains agriculteurs par la vente des bottes

Our approach has for objective the revelation of the importance and the uses of the fodder fabaceae from the observations and investigation to the level of the oases of the Souf. These fodder cultures, in the oases, constitute the food source of the livestock. The fabaceae especially, are considered among the main suppliers of the proteins plant for the animals of stock farming. After investigating, it comes out again that the cultures the more answered are sorghum, the barley and the alfalfa. This last, constitute the only fodder species and that is destinated exclusively to the sale on the market. Also, the alfalfa is the only fodder fabaceae cultivated in the oases of the Souf. Besides, we note that the alfalfa is fodder best appreciated by the animals of the exploitations investigated. In addition, it is an economic source for some agriculturists by the sale of the bundles.
