Abstract

The génération of général réflective view for building pacification requires a selection of important expansion in the urban field for an overall urban revolution in the southern sphere in general, and in the city of Biskra in particular, taking into consideration the miscellaneous dispositions and considerations of the city in question. This has for objective the enhancement of a double standard objective which is: the realization of an economic and social development in all regions and the contribution to the realization of a durable development, as well as the preservation of nature and the scarce and limited resources to meet the future needs of the population.
