To evaluate the proteinic answer of a halophyte Atriplex halimus L., high salt concentrations made up of NaCl. The proteinic behavior of the plants is elucidated after nine days of stress starting from plants aged five months. Soluble proteins extracted starting from the sheets, stems and roots are analyzed by the method of BRADFORD and by electrophoresis SDS-PAGE. The results show that the proteins accumulate more in the sheets of the plants stressed with salinity. The analyses of soluble proteins by the technique of electrophoresis conclude that the most interesting rates of polymorphism are recorded on the sheets of the stressed plants with 800 NaCl meq with the appearance of new bands proteinic in the sheets (46 kDa, 40 kDa and 16 kDa).en_US
