dc.description.abstractDifficulties facing community colleges to realize its hopeful role in Shaqra University according to there staff point view. This study aimed to investigate difficulties facing community colleges to realize its hopeful role in shaqra university according to there staff point view. To achieve the aim of the study a scale (questioner) was applied after having checked its psychometric traits. This scale consists of five main domains (belldings and tools , academic programs and departments, college staff , administrative staff, students). A sample of study consisting of (123) college staff, (38) shaqra community college, (45) aldwadmy community college, (40) Alquaiyah college. Means, Standard deviations were calculated and one-way ANOVA was used to answer the study questions. The results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the participants responses concerning each domains due to college, experience years and specialization variables. The study put forward some recommendations the most significant of which are conducting further similar studies on sample of another community colleges in Saudi Arabia universities..en_US
