dc.description.abstractThe scope of the responsibility has extended to include a multiple parties and Human resources is considered to be one of the important of the beneficial parties, that must be the organization lead their social responsibilities towards them. The responsible commitment towards the human resource is considered to be necessary in order to improve those human resources in general and on the ground that human resources are one part of the stakeholders who are affected by their organization and affected them. So, the organization commitment must conduct a responsible towards them. Our research discusses the impact of the application of social responsibility on the performance of human resources in small and medium enterprise for this is completed the discussion of our research by using questionnaire aw an tool to gather the information in the filed of the study thus we have used the program "spss" for discussing the gathering information from the sample of the study which is represented in in small and medium enterprise of Ouargla and the most impotant we can come to from the results is that the dimensions of social responsibility on the level of the human resources function ( employment, working conditions, wages and bonuses, training and development) affect on the performance of human resource positively or negatively.as a general result in addition to some partely results such as the impact of the different of both of secs and sector of the activity in adapting the social responsibility in small and medium enterpriseen_US
