Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع إدارة الجودة الشاملة في قطاع التعليم العالي بالجزائر، نظرا لأهمية القطاع و محاولة النهوض به و تطويره باعتماد احد أهم الأساليب الإدارية الحديثة ) إدارة الجودة الشاملة (، حيث تتضمن هذه الدراسة واقع إدارة الجودة الشاملة في جامعة قاصدي مرباح بورقلة – دراسة حالة من خلال خلية ضمان جودة التعليم العالي بالجامعة محل الدراسة، قصد الاطلاع على مهامها و أنشطتها و مدى توفر متطلبات و مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في الجامعة إضافة إلى التعرف على مستوى الأداء، باستخدام أداة المقابلة المباشرة مع مسؤول الخلية حيث تشير النتائج المتحصل عليها في الدراسة، إلى أن مستوى الأداء بالنسبة للأساتذة بالجامعة متوسط، كما أن جامعة قاصدي مرباح تتوفر على متطلبات و مبادئ كثيرة للمضي نحو تطبيق إستراتيجية إدارة الجودة الشاملة، و تم التوصل إلى مجموعة اقتراحات التي من الممكن أن تكون دافعا إلى اعتماد نظام الجودة الشاملة بالجامعة محل الدراسة بشكل خاص و القطر الوطني عامة.Summary of the study: Keywords: administration, quality, comprehensive, continuous improvement, development, ...
