Abstract: The research aims to determine the impact of tutoring on the academic achievement of students stage IB and this is reflected in the search major premise Affect tutoring in academic achievement for students stage IB And that fall beneath the following sub- hypotheses Weak results of the student motivation to engage in private lessons Tutoring contribute to raising achievement motivation among pupils stage IB Tutoring increase in the creation of classroom interaction within the department To validate these hypotheses Sub relied on a number of measures which the descriptive approach as a method to study as well as data collection tools ( form ) that applied to students stage IB and the sample contains ( 40 students ) and we have to choose the way the comprehensive survey on who distributed them form to answer them , to be drawn from the results of this study the pros and be the answer to sub- hypotheses as follows Private lessons are reflected on the level of student achievement of positive results during his quest , which he found in the private lessons they pay to self-confidence and motivated by good performance and create part of the interaction of the effort practical product any good achievement
