Inventaire de la communauté micro-algale peuplant le Lac Méggarine (Ouargla)

Abstract

Cette étude vise à identifier les microalgues de l’eau du lac Mégarine pendant la période s’étalant de Janvier à Mai 2014. Les résultats de l’observation des critères morpho anatomiques des phytoplanctons récoltés nous a permis de recenser11 genres:03 Dinoflagellées (Gymnodinium, Ceratium, Prorocentrum) et 08 Diatomées (Baccillaria, Pleurosigma, Pseudonitzshia, Liptocylinducus,Navicula,Melosira,Thalassiossira,Coscinodiscus). Les genres identifiés fait apparaitre la prédominance de genre Navicula et Bacillaria Par ailleurs, l’étude de la distribution temporelle des phytoplanctons identifiés montre que les densités les plus élevées sont relevées en mars.
