الرضا الوظيفي وعلاقته بأداء أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية دراسة ميدانية لثانويات ومتوسطات ولاية ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مكانة أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية في المجتمع الجزائري وأوضاعه الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، والظروف المهنية التي يؤدي فيها عمله ومعرفة مدى استعداداته وقدراته ومدى تكيفه مع مهنة التعليم وتقبله لها ومستوى رضاه عنها والكشف عن العلاقة بين "الرضا الوظيفي" و"الأداء" ومدى تأثير مستوى الرضا لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية على مستوى الأداء وقدتم صياغة الإشكالية كالتالي: هل توجد علاقة ارتباطيه دالة إحصائيا بين الرضا الوظيفي وأداء أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية؟ واستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي للوصول إلى فروض البحث والتي تضمنت يوجد مستوى معين من الرضا الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية كما توجد علاقات ارتباطيه دالة إحصائيا بين أداء أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية ورضاه عن أبعاد الرضا الوظيفي(الأجرة، المكانة الاجتماعية للمهنة، محتوى العمل)، وتمثلت عينة البحث في (30 أستاذ للتربية البدنية والرياضية) واعتمدنا على أداتين للقياس(مقياس الرضا الوظيفي وسلم تقييم الأداء) واستعملنا النسب المئوية والتكرارات ومعامل الارتباط بيرسون وسبيرمان والمتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري في التحليل الإحصائي، واستنتجنا انه يوجد مستوى معين من الرضا الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية ولا توجد علاقات ارتباطيه دالة إحصائيا بين أداء أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية والرضا الوظيفي وأبعاده (الأجرة، المكانة الاجتماعية للمهنة، محتوى العمل)، في حين نوصي بالعمل على رعاية الأساتذة، وتقدير ظروفهم واحترام عطائهم لما يحقق لهم مكانة اجتماعية واقتصادية مناسبة، من اجل تحسين الأداء لديهم.

The study aimed to detect the position of professor of physical education and sports in Algerian society and the conditions of social, economic, and professional conditions which lead the work and see how his preparations and abilities and their adaptation to the teaching profession and accepted her and the level of satisfaction with them and disclose the relationship between the "job satisfaction" and "performance" and the extent of the effect of the level of satisfaction among teachers of physical education and sports at the level of performance and have led the drafting of the problematic as follows: Is there a significant relationship between job satisfaction and performance of teachers of physical education and sports? We used a descriptive approach to reach the research hypotheses, which included no specific level of job satisfaction among teachers of physical education and sports as there are relationships correlation statistically significant between the performance of a professor of physical education and sports and satisfaction with the dimensions of job satisfaction (taxis, the social status of the profession, the content of the work), and represented a sample Search (30 professor of physical education and sports) and we relied on tools to measure (a measure of job satisfaction and peace PAS) and used the percentages and frequencies, Pearson correlation coefficient and the Spearman and the arithmetic mean and the standard deviation in the statistical analysis, we concluded that there is a certain level of job satisfaction among teachers of Physical Education and Sports There are no relations correlation statistically significant between the performance of a professor of physical education and sports, job satisfaction and its dimensions (the fare, the social status of the profession, the content of the work), while we recommend to work to take care of the teachers, and estimate their circumstances and respect for their giving to achieve their social and economic status appropriate, in order to improve performance they have.
