Abstract: The present study aimed at detection of level of organizational loyalty university professors in Algeria, and how this level differs according to the specialization , the rank,the seniority , and the place of work To achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher relied on the questionnaire, namely: - the tool "Porter" to measure the level of organizational loyalty and contains 14 items, including 3 paragraphs negative. After verifying the validity of the instrument and Sedk and Thbat, was applied to a sample of the study consists of 447 professors, Professor and professor Were selected randomly stratified States Ouargla and Ghardaia and El Oued and Biskra in The southern Algeria the study found the following results: 1. Level of organizational loyalty to the university teachers is high. 2. There are no differences - statistically significant - between university professors in the level of organizational loyalty depending on specialization. 3. There are no differences - statistically significant - between university professors in the level of organizational loyalty according to rank. 4. There are no differences - statistically significant - between university professors in the level of organizational loyalty depending on seniority. 5. There are no differences - statistically significant - between university professors in the level of organizational loyalty in different States.
