dc.description.abstractThe study aims to identify the importance given by coaches to prepare for the psychological and mental development of young players during training and evaluating the level of fitness of football players(under 19years) in south of Algeria. Using the descriptive method to distribute a questionnaire to a sample of (20) coach to see how psychological rehabilitation training, So we have implemented battery tests to measure fitness is composed sample of 60 players have been selected intentional way, and after the completion of the methodological procedures for the search we determined that knowledge and information on the lack of side psychological main reason why trainers and educators to the lack of interest in the psychological preparation.Well we came to the existence of differences between the level of football players in the various elements of physical fitness, so note in a weak level of speed, agility, flexibility, speed and distinctive force the average level in the character of good endurance, strength, power and carryen_US
