دور الوسائل التعليمية في الفعل التعليمي بالجامعة دراسة ميدانية على عينة من أساتذة بجامعة الشهيد حمّه لخضر بالوادي

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة المعنونة بـ "دور الوسائل التعليمية في الفعل التربوي التعليمي بالجامعة" إلى التعرف على دور هذه الوسائل التي تعتبر أجهزة تهدف إلى توصيل الغايات التربوية المسطرة من طرف الأعضاء القائمين على عملية التربية فيعتمد الأستاذ في الدراسات الاكادمية على استعمال هذه الوسائل لتكوين كوادر بشرية وتدعيمهم على البحث العلمي, لما لها من أهمية في التفاعل بين الأستاذ كناقل للمعرفة و الطالب كمشارك ومتلقي لهذه المعرفة وذلك بالانطلاق من تساؤل الرئيسي يتمثل في:ما هو دور الوسائل التعليمية في الفعل التربوي التعليمي بالجامعة.الذي تفرع إلى سؤالين فرعيين هما: كيف تساهم الوسائل التعليمية في إثراء التعليم بالجامعة. كيف تساهم الوسائل التعليمية في التفاعل الصفي بالجامعة. وللإجابة على هذه التساؤلات اعتمدت الباحثة على جملة من الإجراءات المنهجية تمثلت في المقاربة النظرية للبحث وهي البنائية الوظيفية وبالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي من خلال جمع البيانات بواسطة استمارة استبيان وعينة مكونة من 90 مفردة. وأجريت الدراسة بجامعة الشهيد حمّه لخضر –بالوادي- توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: استعمال مختلف الوسائل التعليمية يثري التعليم فهو يساهم في عرض أكبر قدر ممكن من المعلومات خلال فترة قصيرة كما أنها تحقق الانسجام والتوافق بين عناصر العملية التعليمية(المعلم. المتعلم. المنهاج) خلال استخدام هذه الوسائل في الحصص التعليمية

This study which hold the title "the role of teaching aids in pedagogical educative action at the level of the university " aims to discover the contribution of these means which they are considered as mechanisms used for transferring educative objectives programmed by the responsible members of education , therefore the teacher in the academic studies depends on these means in order to form human skillful frames and to support them with the scientific research , because they have an interactional importance between the teacher as knowledge transferor and the student as a receiver to that knowledge , hereby, our essential problematic is : what are the role of teaching aids in pedagogical educative action in the university ? how did the teaching aids contribute in flourishing of education ? how did they interact inside the university ? for answering these questions the searcher followed many methodological procedures illustrated in the theoretical approach of research, the approach is the functional Structuralism, depending on the descriptive method through the clues collection via a Questionnaire and a sample that 90 Vocabularies. this study had been applied in the university of Hamma lakhder El-oued , finally, the study reached to the following results : • the use of various teaching aids can back up the educational process because they are contributing in the exposition of as largee as possible informations , during short period of time, they also can achieve the regularity and the coincidence between the educational process elements ( the teacher, the learner, the method ) through using these means in teaching sessions
