Abstract

صندوق ضمان الصفقات العمومية هو مؤسسة عمومية ذات طابع صناعي و تجاري ، تم تأسيسها بموجب المرسوم التنفيذي 98-67 المؤرخ في 1998/02/21 المعدل و المتمم بموجب المرسوم التنفيذي06/08 المؤرخ في 2008/01/19 ، يتمتع بالشخصية المعنوية و الاستقلال المالي و يعتبر تاجرا في علاقاته مع الغير ، وهو تحت وصاية وزارة المالية ، كما تم تأسيس الصندوق في اطار تدعيم تمويل الطلبية العمومية تتمثل مهمته مرافقة المؤسسات الجزائرية طوال مدة انجازها الطلبية العمومية منذ التعبير عن ارادتها في انجاز المشروع الى غاية تحرير الضمان او الكفالة يقدم الصندوق خدماته المتمثلة في منتجات مالية على شكل قروض بالتوقيع التي تتمثل في الكفالات و قروض على الخزينة التي تتمثل في التسبيقات المالية Résumé La CGMP est un établissement public à caractère industriel et commercial, a été créé par le décret exécutif 98-67 datés du 21/02/1998 modifié et complété par le décret exécutif 06/08 en date du 19/01/2008, a une personnalité morale et de l'autonomie financière et est un marchand dans ses relations avec des tiers, ce qui est sous la tutelle du Ministère des Finances, le fonds a également été établi dans le cadre du renforcement de l'ordre des finances publique.
