إشكالية تمويل النمو باستخدام الموارد الداخلية حالة المؤسسة الوطنية لخدمات الآبار "ENSP" خلال الفترة: 2011 - 2013

Abstract

جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على تمويل النمو في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، والمصادر التي يمكن للمؤسسة أن تتحكم فيها دون اللجؤ إلى الغير، وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة أساسا إلى معرفة الإستراتيجية المرتبطة بالنمو وإشكالية تمويله، من خلال استخدام المؤسسة لمواردها الداخلية. وبغية تحقيق هذه الأهداف اعتمدنا على أسلوب دراسة الحالة حيث وقع اختيارنا على المؤسسة الوطنية لخدمات الآبار "ENSP" - حاسي مسعود- وهذا باستخدام كل من أسلوبي الملاحظة والمقابلة. وقد خلصنا إلى: أن تمويل النمو في المؤسسة، و استخدام الموارد الداخلية وخصوصا التمويل الذاتي الذي يشكل متغيرا استراتيجيا هاما في نمو المؤسسة وتوسيعها، وأن استخدامه في المؤسسة محل الدراسة أثبت فعالية فمن خلال وجود حجم التمويل الذاتي بقدر كافي تستطيع المؤسسة رفع درجة الاستغلال المالي وحرية اتخاذ القرارات، مما يدل على مردودية المؤسسة وسلامة اختياراتها المالية.

Abstract: The aim of this study is to show how the economic enterprise finance its growth, and what are the internal sources that can be used in financing growth. Also this study aimed to find out the strategy associated with growth and the problem of financing, through the use of enterprise internal resources. To accomplish these aims, we use a case study method in ENSP Hassi Messaoud by using both observation and interview style. We conclude that financing growth by using internal resources and especially self-financing is an important strategic variable in the growth and expansion of the enterprise, and that its use in ENSP Hassi Messaoud proved its effectiveness. Thus, by having an adequate size of the enterprise which can raise the degree of financial exploitation and decision-making, which shows the enterprise profitability and is financial choices.
